New linux server ! NEED HELP

Hy!
The Hungarian community wana start fh2.26 linux szerver!
Server run on Ubuntu 10.04
The bf2ccd dosnt run in this version
How posible to run server?

You need mono version 1.1.12 and ONLY this version installed. BF2CC-Daemon will not run with any newer version of mono.

Yep i know but in ubuntu 10.04 donst run mono 1.1.12

hmm and what abaout the bf2cc rcon mode?
maybe for thet dont need daemon only server ip,port,pass
if this work how cna i set up the rcon files?

why ?
you downloaded manualy mono 1.1.12 from archiv of monoprojekt and install it ?

Yep but now fixed the problem mono 1.1.12 run also but only in root!
When we move it drop error
posible to run in none root?

Instal mono 1.1.12 after bf2ccd run but only in root!

• which packages did you install from mono
• show me the filepermissions
• how do you start the daemon (the exact commandline you type

You have to start the daemon process in a screen window and detach it with Control & a & d. This ensures, that after you log out from the server the process is still running and you can connect to your daemon while you are not logged in. DO NOT start this process as root!

The server build up not im made ...
The server admin.. but do what in the bf2cc linux instal guide pdf.

Mono 1.1.12 version instaled and runing...
